The 5 foot 9 defenseman was originally acquired from the Victoria Grizzlies, where he had played his rookie year scoring 17 points in 48 games.
After spending only the 2010-11 season with Coquitlam, in which he compiled a 30 point season in 57 games, Eng helped Team Canada win the bronze medal in the 2011 IIHF World Inline Championships.
He currently plays for Sacred Heart University, where he earned Atlantic Hockey All-Academic Team honors during his freshman year.
